1968 Shelby Mustang GT350

Jim Walters brought this beautiful genuine 1968 Shelby GT350 in for a dyno tune. He had rescued it several years back and, with a few of his best friends helping, they restored her to the magnificent specimen she is today. Opting for the “power option” of the day, he sought out and found the Shelby version of the Paxton supercharger used back in the day and now being produced by Paradise Wheels in Ontario, CA. Pumping out a modest 6 psi, it gave a nice 40 HP boost to the 5.0L V8 to bring it to 230 RWHP and 277 RWTQ. Not the powerhouse we produce today with the mod motors but no one can deny it looks and sounds fabulous and will turn heads wherever it goes.
